Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

NOt much time was spent with me in consult, the recommendation was for an Endoscopy which he did schedule quickly for that I am grateful but the procedure showed nothing and he seemed pretty dismissive at that point which bothered me greatly. he later in the week called to schedule a colonoscopy which I am having done this week I am hoping this will show results for my issue and that I will not again be dismissed with no care.

I think Dr. Krishna is an excellent doctor. My experience was far better than I expected. I did not expect a great bedside manner from someone who does colonoscopies every day - well he is great. He should have been a psychiatrist. Dr. [...] is wonderful also. I like Swedish a lot.
