Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

The doctor was very personable, respectful, and knowledgable. I was very comfortable and confident that he understood exactly what my concerns were.

I came in with concerns of ongoing sinus infection and related illness. My request was for additional antibiotics to combat the sinus infection I was dealing with as advised by the first physician I saw for this. I was given cough syrup. Now, one week later, I have a serious ear infection developing in the only ear I can hear in, due to a lack of treatment. I feel I was there at the right time, and with proper treatment I could have avoided this potential damage to my good ear. Returning to work will be extremely difficult if my hearing is further damaged.

Great experience. I felt like he really listened/cared. I don't feel that with my doctor at West Seattle Swedish and am thinking of changing.

Dr. Pulido took appropriate time with me and explained several things that might be going on before arriving at some options for next steps. He was thorough but kept things moving, which I appreciated.

I did not get what I needed. The doctor did what he could as apparently he as a walk in hysician could not change my bp meds- that is what I was told. Generally, the doctor was very courteous and helpful.

He seemed a bit inexperienced. When he numbed the area to work on he seemed leery of doing it and didn't use enough. He had to stop mid procedure to do more. I'm not sure if the area had been more numb if he would have been able to do the procedure successfully. It wasn't fully successful.
