Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

there was no follow up to what I should be doing at home for the injury. just got sent to an X-ray place and sent the X-ray info that made no sense to me.

The provider did not prescribe anything for pain despite the fact that I could barely swallow or sleep due to severe pain, and also despite the fact that every provider I have ever seen for strep throat gave pain medication. He even refused to prescribe a non-narcotic for pain.

Could have explained a bit better antibiotics would not have helped you get better sooner. Just works symptoms and offer ibuprofen or [...] as an alternative

The provider was very personable, and spent the appropriate amount of time with me. They used plain language but still didn't talk down to me, which was nice. However, when I expressed that I couldn't use crutches, they had no alternate option for me. [...] They also didn't do a good job closing out the appointment; they said they were going to go look at the X-Ray again because the radiation tech came back and said she was able to fix whatever had been wrong with it before, and the doctor said he was going to review it, and left the room. We were still there 10 minutes later [...]. The doctor came back and seemed surprised that we were still in the room, since he thought we were finished with the appointment. It was very unclear that we were finished.

Wonderful, efficient, kind Doctor. Beyond my expectation, in helpfulness.

The doctor was very personable, respectful, and knowledgable. I was very comfortable and confident that he understood exactly what my concerns were.

I came in with concerns of ongoing sinus infection and related illness. My request was for additional antibiotics to combat the sinus infection I was dealing with as advised by the first physician I saw for this. I was given cough syrup. Now, one week later, I have a serious ear infection developing in the only ear I can hear in, due to a lack of treatment. I feel I was there at the right time, and with proper treatment I could have avoided this potential damage to my good ear. Returning to work will be extremely difficult if my hearing is further damaged.
