Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Requested records were never requested and therefore previous concern not able to be discussed. Doctor told me he had to go off only my word. And I [...] no reason for a check up.
Swedish Patient

my previous experience with Md pollock was excellent. naturally I thought he'd be a great pick for an OB once I found out I was expecting. my initial OB appointment was very disappointing to say the least. I felt like all doc wanted to talk about was generic testing. I immediately declined but appointment was still spent discussing essentially this only. doctor never discussed nutrition, vitamins, my personal history, foods to avoid, many things I assumed would be discussed in an initial Ob appointment. I left feeling confused and not heard.
Swedish Patient

I felt rush through check-up. He seem very professional and knowledgeable, but felt rush. I felt like one more chart.
Swedish Patient

Looked at medical chart and saw I'd been on ineffective antibiotics prescribed by 3 recent providers - solved that.
Swedish Patient

I feel like I don't even need to read these questions, I would give him a 5 no matter what you ask me about him or his care. I always feel like he recognizes me as an individual and remembers me, and his compassion truly makes me feel cared for as a whole person.
Swedish Patient

He talks slightly fast, yet, it didn't feel rushed, i still felt like he had plenty of time for me and my questions, but i just had to pay close attention while he was speaking because the words came at a faster pace.
Swedish Patient

Dr. Pollack took a little bit of extra time at my appt, and did additional tests, which made me feel much better about my situation.
Swedish Patient

I love Dr. Pollack. He is always respectful, understanding, and really listens to my concerns and provides responses in a way that I can understand. I highly recommend his care to others seeking an OB/GYN.
Swedish Patient

*Dr. Pollack was very patient and respectful of my issue.
Swedish Patient

Lack of eye contact is unsettling.
Swedish Patient

Dr. was sure he thought an external factor was the cause of my concern. I felt it was internal and would prefer to have had further testing/recommendations than he provided.
Swedish Patient

*Dr. Pollack is truly the best doctor I have ever had!
Swedish Patient

*Dr. Pollack is extremely professional and approachable. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
Swedish Patient

*Dr. Pollack never makes me feel rushed and is a compassionate doctor.
