Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Good experience.
Swedish Patient

Friendly but superficial in content of communication. Glosses over questions very quickly giving very brief responses.

Dr. Petrescu is the best!
Swedish Patient

The doctor sits and look at me eye to eye as if she read the information before coming in and wanting to spend our time together assessing behavioral changes that would benefit me farther. Her time with me is focused on me, I get all my questions answers, and she always add one more little thing I can do to continue to feel well.
Swedish Patient

An incredibly fine physician.
Swedish Patient

This doctor is amazing. She saved my life and saw things no other doctors saw. She scheduled surgery and because of this, I am still here.
Swedish Patient

First time in a long time that I was able to spend most of my appointment with my doctor.
Swedish Patient

Very good!
Swedish Patient

Because we like and value Dr. Petrescu's character and advice, we always wish we could have much more of her time, BUT knowing how many others she cares for, we appreciate the time she gives us so much. We are also very impressed with [...] -- well, everyone on this team!
