Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Nguyen has been so excellent in helping me over the years, that I would highly recommend her. Even when I was getting inadequate help from specialists for my asthma, Dr. Nguyen provided a solution. She is great!!

My MD is smart, knowledgeable and up to date on medical skills/facts. She is respectful and caring person. I would highly recommends her.

Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and I enjoy talking with her. I highly recommend her to others.

Good for all. Very satisfied. Thanks!

Dr. Nguyen is the best!

I have seen my provider for 18 years, and value our shared history. She offers common sense advice and I trust her judgement. [...]

Dr. Nguyen has been my doctor for over 23 years. I have always been pleased with her. I felt a little rushed during my last visit and did not have an opportunity to ask more than one question.

through my work I could get cheaper healthcare but refuse to change because I would loss Dr. Nguyen, I trust her and have recommended her a lot

I feel very comfortable with my doctor.

Competent and friendly.

[...] I was to expect a 30 minute appointment, when I arrived the nurse informed me that only 15 minutes were allotted to me. […] my foot started hurting for no apparent reason and I just wanted to ask about it as part of my checkup but was told we might not have enough time. My doctor's attitude was very dismissive of my concern, it never seemed like she took any of my questions seriously. […] I describe my pain and she flippantly diagnoses it and then nearly sprint out the door. […] No instructions, no request for a follow up appointment […] I still feel completely helpless. I will not be going back to her and I have decided to try a Naturopath instead.

I have gone to Dr. Nguyen for years and I really like her. I think she's an excellent doctor and I feel very comfortable talking with her.

Dr. Nguyen is a good doctor. However, she always seems rushed and I feel like I do not have a pat. - doc relationship w. her. I don't think she establishes that.

Everyone at Factoria Clinic made me feel welcome.

I have always enjoyed the kindness, caring and thoughtfulness from both my doctor and her assistant.

I do not like that I don't know what I can/can not talk about in a regular check up. They make you sign something that says you will not talk about new issues, but there are things I want to ask about, that I would never schedule an appointment for [...]

I do feel my provider didn't take a moment to ask what I thought of the options she was offering. There were two out of three options that she spent a lot of time discussing that I would never do but I couldn't get a word in to tell her they weren't an option. Maybe taking a moment to say, "what do you think about what we just discussed" would be a good idea. Otherwise, I have no complaint.

Dr Nguyen is an amazing Doctor and very knowledgeable. She spends time explain disease processes and really cares. I appreciate her interest in my family and major life events. She provides excellent personalized care. I highly recommend her!

I hope she could slow down or repeat what she said when explaining a new problem that I don't have before.
