Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Cruel, dismissive, made it clear he was unhappy I was there. Then made it plain he would not see me in follow up.

Dr. Moss was not so friendly when he first walked into the exam room. Towards the end of my visit he started "warming up."

Dr. Moss has taken over and become the leader in my health care. He has the final word when it comes to my care and my future surgeries. I wouldn't have it any other way!!

Dr. Moss was on call and made time to see me in office. However, he wasn't able to stay and see how my condition was after my first in-office antibiotic infusion. I believe if he had seen how it was spreading and how my vitals weren't improving, he might have suggested a different course of treatment earlier.

Dr. Moss was compassionate and sympathetic. Even after determining I did not have an infectious disease, he continued to correspond with me through MyChart regarding my medications. Follow-up appointments. New symptoms and next steps.

Dr. Moss is the best doctor I have ever seen. He is very knowledgable about my past condition and I feel confident in his treatments. I have referred others to him and I would do so again and again in the future.
