About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

My physician has a bit of a problem with mumbling, and sometimes is hard to understand. He is always courteous and kind.

Care provider was great. Very helpful, explained everything in enough detail, provided enough information for me.

Dr Morrison was very nice, but I came in for a cough and pain in my ribs and left with an Rx for allergies. I don't feel that I got good advice for how to take care of the productive cough that was causing so much pain and limiting my ability to exercise and take care of my son. All other info and exam was good and thorough.

Dr Morrison was attentive, personable, and knowledgable. I am happy to have entrusted my health to him and his team. I will recommend him to my family/friends.

Although I live in [...] and am retired from my [...] job, I continue to see Dr Morrison because he is thorough, listens carefully, and provides me the information I need to make informed choices.

I told provider some time ago that I felt the need for a geriatric pcp because he was not particularly alert to geriatric problems.

There are times when I cannot understand what my provider is saying -- he sometimes mumbles and seems to trip over his words, making it very difficult to decipher his speech. Whether this is because of lack of time allotted per appointment or he's just in a hurry for some reason, it's sometimes disconcerting.

Dr. Morrison always goes out of the way to discuss options in my care plan, from changes in medication to considering outside referrals, so that I feel like I cannot make a wrong choice. He is a true partner in my ongoing medical care.
