Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

very knowledgeable and helpful

Dr. Mohai is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Mohai had a great manner, he listened to what I said and explained his thought process that led him to his recommendations, which I appreciated. He appeared concerned about my health and the issue that brought me to him, and if I hadn't had to wait 2 months to see him as a new patient, I would definitely recommend him to others.

All services ,explanations etc. are the best --far exceeds my expectations. My health situation from treatment has saved my life.

[...] Dr. Mohai and I didn't connect. He seemed distracted and didn't really communicate with me. This left me feeling as though my visit with him was incomplete....

Dr Mohai was FABULOUS! I could see his brain processing like a computer. :)

Nice guy --but would not rec him because of his inability to manage his office time. When I mentioned my unhappiness about his wait time, he said it was because he was required to do so much paper work,

Dr. Mohai is one of the best Doctors I have ever encountered.

Dr Mohai is a good Doctor. its nice hearing his personal stories. He comes across as a personable doctor and we need more like him

Dr Mohai always takes the time to have a conversation. He seems interested in me as a person, not just a patient or someone he has to check off his list. He also seems to understand what motivates me and is not heavy-handed or overly instructive (I'm stubborn and this just would not work), instead making suggestions and helping me come to conclusions in my care. His is the perfect approach for me! I suspect he is smart enough to approach everyone in the way that works for him and he customizes his approach based on the patient. It has been a very successful 13 year relationship with a very selective (picky) patient. :) He is also open to complimentary approaches for me - acupuncture, exercise, diet - along with my traditional meds.

Long-time, excellent Provider.

Dr. Mohai is ALWAYS caring and respectful.

I live in Eastern Washington & have seen Dr. Mohai since 1998. His limited schedule makes appts a little more difficult but I am committed to seeing him until he retires.

He ordered more blood tests for me but not all results are in yet and i have not received a call about the ones that appear to be bad results. It has been 2 weeks

I really like this doctor. He and I can even share a laugh sometimes. He's very professional, but highly, humanly approachable.

I have been with Dr. Mohai for 30 years no complain at all

Dr. Mohai is an excellent, caring, [...] analytical, brilliant physician.

Dr. Mohai is the best!
