Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I've seen Dr. Mohai for 30 years. If he wasn't "very good" I would have gone elsewhere!

Dr. Mohai spends a great deal of time with us and gives us clear instructions. Sometimes he forgets to do a print-out before we leave, so I have to ask the assistant to do that. Often they are busy with the next pt. This is not a big problem and not a bad reflection on the doctor by any means.

I am fortunate that Dr. Mohai was "on my case" two years ago when a medical emergency caused me to spend [...] days in Swedish Hospital. He not only solved the mystery, he explained my diagnosis in plain English. My husband and I truly appreciate all that Dr. Mohai and his team has done for me.

My condition is so rare [...] that the treatment is as much art as it is science, & Dr.Mohai can't predict the future. Much of it is treat, then wait & see if/how I respond. He tells me what he plans to do if I progress without setbacks; e.g. what medications he plans to put me on for maintenance & why he is choosing that rx. He keeps me in the "loop" of my treatment.
