Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Miles has made this surgery experience very positive for me. She's a superior doctor!

I appreciate Dr Miles and team of how friendly and supportive they have been with me through my breast cancer reconstruction process.

Dr. Miles is wonderful and I would recommend her to any of my friends. Living out of the state now, I still opt to come up on my own accord to receive the top notch care I have received over the past 4 years at Swedish Hospital.

Dr. Miles is an exceptional provider!

The Doctor apologized for the wait, and I felt she did her best to attend to my questions /needs, but I had a feeling she was not fully engaged or I had her partial attention as she seemed distracted and was juggling too much. During the visit she had to take a call from the emergency room in Issaquah where she was scheduled for surgery later that day.

Dr Milesis absolutely the best. She is caring and has been with me throughout my journey with breast cancer. She helped my husband understand what care I would need between office visits and surgeries. I have the utmost respect and trust in her.

Dr. Miles was a very good reconstructive surgeon and my experience was very good. I felt that she gave top-notch work and education on the reconstruction.

Always good

Dr. Miles displays a high degree of skill and professionalism, but also is very candid, personal, warm, calm, caring, efficient and interesting.

We did not have a good dialog about what I wanted or expected. The Dr seemed rushed, scatterbrained, was all over the place with recommendations. I didn't get much of a chance to ask questions. She didn't have pictures to show me of other similar reconstructions. I didn't get enough info on what recovery from [...] would be like so I ended up dropping that [...]

Dr. Miles has literally changed my life. She fixed what another surgeon botched and I am forever grateful!

Dr. Miles is a beautiful person who has been a blessing to have on my team.

The delays did not impact the quality of the exam and discussion with the doctor, nor the duration of my interaction with her.
