Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

All I could ask for is being listened to even if there is no possible solution at the moment.

Dr. McHugh is so great! I've already recommended her to a coworker of mine who is looking for a PCP

Condescending about my concerns, non-communicative about prescriptions, ordered a test (it showed up on my paper work) and sent me on my way before it could be performed. Overall, unprofessional. I've had good interactions with her in the past, which only made this visit that much more disappointing.

Eventhough I was just an add-on patient, doctor managed to target my main concern. She's straight to the point. The appointment time spent with her was brief but concise and I'm contented.

I like to come with a slew of symptoms, because I don't come often. I don't like to be constrained to a 15 minute consultation as a result.
