Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr James McHugh is the best, most knowledgeable, empathetic and compassionate provider one can ask for. I have recommended many of my family and friends to him. Hopefully he never retires. If does maybe he can open a clinic at home. I can't think or imagine going to anyone else. Love him lots but Go Cougs!
Swedish Patient

Good not enough time allowed for doctor to discuss other concerns.
Swedish Patient

Would not necessarily recommend him to anyone because he is becoming too popular and thus too hard to book.
Swedish Patient

Very carefully diagnostic my problems and explains thoroughly and recommend treatment.
Swedish Patient

Dr. James McHugh is the first doctor I've had that has taken my concern with fatigue seriously. [...]

*Dr. McHugh is one of the (rare) docs who listen, verify & give practical advice showing he CARES about patients.
