Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

The follow up was confusing. I didn't know if I was suppose to make PT appointments, or if I am suppose to schedule my MRI or if someone was going to call me to confirm Insurance would cover it. Unsure if I was suppose to make a follow up appointment. I thought all of that could have been better explained.

have recommended her several times

Dr Marquardt is exceptional! Period!

Dr. Marquardt really listens and provides clear, helpful advice and explanations.

Very thoughtful and sweet manner, showed interest in my profession as well as my health

This was my first meeting with her. [...] I expect she is an excellent doctor, but I currently have very limited experience with her. She is definitely liked and believed to be a fine doctor by medical professionals I hold in the highest esteem.

We did not discuss medications as we were focused on a procedure to alleviate this pain. However, I wish I had addressed the need for pain management between the visit and the procedure. It's very difficult to go about my day with sleep interrupted approx. every 2 hours by the need to address the pain that wakes me up.

Marquardt came off as disinterested by my questions and concerns about a medical procedure. She was bit condescending as well. I felt incredibly uncomfortable.

Very good.
