About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

[...] She is not very personable. I felt bad asking questions because she seemed to be rushing and not to have time.

She literally told me nothing at the end of the visit. I came in not knowing what is wrong with me and left knowing nothing more.

since this doc was running behind schedule, my visit was rushed and cut short, my guess to make up time.

Provider rushed through entire visit, typing away on her computer. Did not address additional concerns that were related to chief complaint.

I have seen Dr. Liu for several years and I trust her completely. She makes it easy to ask questions and helps me understand risks vs benefits of my medications and treatment options. I appreciate her kind and positive mannner.

The only reason I would not recommend Dr. Liu is because of her MA.

There is more to a visit than always asking (over 50% of the visit) is about what I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That is ok once in a while but time should be spent on other items. My menu is not that important. My diet is healthy.

The only problem was that under the insurance rules, I could not bring up a new concern (back spasms) at this visit, but would have to schedule a separate visit to discuss that.
