Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Wish the provider would have ordered blood work in advance so results could have been discussed at the appointment. Now looking at having to schedule a follow-up appointment.

While I very much like having Martha Leigh as my doctor, it is VERY hard to schedule an appointment with her within an acceptable timeframe. [...] I really like seeing Dr. Leigh as my physician, but the scheduling/timing issues with the business office are frustrating.

Let's face it, no doctor has time to thoroughly talk with a patient. There is never enough time. So given that I had only 20 minutes, Dr. Leigh did the best that she could.

I asked her to renew a long time prescription that needs to be name brand only (non-name brand doesn't work for me), and she renewed it as a generic.
