About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I had to fill something out in the office that said I would not ask too many questions. I had quite a few questions about my health. I do not feel they were answered. Wow!!!! Penalizing me for asking too much. Left feeling uneasy. I did not leave here feeling confident that I had a complete exam. I still feel like I have questions about some symptoms I am having. Felt they were swept under the rug. [...] Appointment felt rushed....I did not feel cared for. I still feel like I need another appointment to discuss things. Not cool.

I love Dr. Le for her compassion and listening. She makes me feel special in her care and treats me like a friend instead of looking down at me. I would highly recommend her and have to my friends.

During preventative visits, ideally, specific health concerns that do not necessarily fall within the scope of a preventative visit, should be allowed in the discussions, especially if it only takes 1-2 minutes longer. This should happen in place of referring to a new office visit at a later date to discuss, whenever possible.

Dr. Le is very knowledgeable, kind and takes time to listen and discuss. I can't recall another physician I've been to that exceeded her in these areas. highly recommend her to others.

very disappointed in the care I was provided. I believe if I had taken the medication that was prescribed initially I could have lost my very good physical health
