Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

All great! Very happy to have Dr. Kraemer as my Doctor!
Swedish Patient

I love Dr. Kramer and his staff! They are patient with me. They laugh and kid around with me like friends would do. Because of them, I didn't feel so frightened about my condition and it's possible outcomes.
Swedish Patient

Dr. Kraemer mentioned that I should probably have my platelet count tested every 3 months for a little while, but he wanted to get blood test results first. I got my blood test results via MyOnlineChart but have not been contacted by anyone about whether or not I should get these follow-up platelet counts.
Swedish Patient

I feel very comfortable with my care from Dr. Kraemer. There are few doctors in the world who show as much care as he does.
