Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr Kipa was the best! So welcoming, so thorough, great bedside manner. First visit with her and felt so comfortable during a procedure that is not comfortable to go through. I left feeling grateful.

Dr. Kipa was amazing! She was compassionate, an amazing listener, a great doctor and someone I felt really carried about me and my case. I am new to the area and am still navigating a good health care team for some complex issues. I knew after meeting with her and she was a great fit for me. I am happy to have found her.

I have never seen this provider and was a work in. This provider not only showed the utmost respect and concern for my problem but I also felt very at ease talking to her even though I had never met her before. She made this very difficult situation a bit easier. Her follow up instructions were very clear and even came through in the middle of the night.
