Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Never have any problems with this provider. She is always listening, recommending and has general concern for her patients. Very easy to talk to and helping you to reach your necessary goals.

Dr. Kimball is the best doctor anyone could asked for. She is knowledgeable, caring and listens to you.

The last appointment was for my annual physical. There was a sign in the lobby to not ask questions about any other concerns if you were there for a physical. I actually did make a comment about something going on, but didn't receive a response. It also appears that I didn't really need to be there for an annual physical this year. I am not sure who should communicate this information to me or if I should be asking more questions. If it is me who should be asking more questions, who should I ask?

The only thing that I regret was not asking her to do a complete skin cancer check; she did some, but afterward I realized she didn't look at another spot that is of potential concern.

Bad experience with Dr Kimball at follow-up day after check-up. She would not listen and dismissed my concerns and insisted on her opinions.
