Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Kimball is a good provider and listens to you and provide you with excellent care.

I really like Dr. Kimball. However she felt a breast lump that I had was a fluid filled cyst & nothing to worry about. She eventually decided to refer me for a diagnostic [...]. Thank goodness! As I was diagnosed with [...].

I have been a patient of this Dr for over 15 years. I appreciate the history and familiarity we have.

I've been seeing Dr. Kimball for a number of years now and she is a fantastic doctor. I have the greatest confidence in her and she really listens. I'm really glad she is my doctor.

I really like and trust Dr. Kimball and feel lucky to have found her.

Dr. Kimball was not my regular doctor which dictated my whole experience and her general treatment of me. She was not at all invested in getting to know me or my issues. She was not personable, seemed in a rush and cared little about my issues. When I showed her my skin issue, she barely looked at it [...] All she did was give me referrals. Googling my conditions seemed more helpful and more informative than seeing Dr. Kimball. [...]

Dr. Kimball is very professional & always gives me the time I need to address my concerns.

Dr. Kimball is very caring, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have extreme confidence in her for my health care. That's why I have remained with her (as my PCP) for many years.

seemed to have had created a narrative and recommendation before I even explained the issue

I think Dr. Kimball is okay, but we just did not really connect, which is to say, she is not a bad physician in my opinion, as I am sure that she connects with many others. I am in support of integrative medicine, and I am not sure if she is. Connecting with your Health Care provider is a great start for the healing process.

Dr Kimball was courteous and addressed my primary concerns. I did feel somewhat judged for asking for a massage referral though. I was asking because I needed it, not just for luxury. I would have appreciated when I asked for it if she would have just asked "what's wrong?" instead of giving me a lecture on why they can't do repeat massage referrals and how next time I ask she will have to provide me instead with education/exercises (which I already do). I did however find Dr Kimball to be knowledgeable and she didn't seem rushed.

Took my issues very lightly and doesn't appear to care about next steps for me.

My PCP is always Friendly and shows concern of any of my conditions or problems and finds the best way for me to be treated for those conditions.

It was my first visit with this provider and I was most pleased with her expertise and professionalism.
