Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Long wait, short visit.

I would recommend the provider, but knowing how long it takes to get an appointment and the unreliable appointment staff, makes me not likely to recommend to anyone.

I so enjoy and appreciate Dr. Kasai. she's kind, courteous and has a well-rounded approach to medicine that I very much appreciate. She looks at all factors to my overall health and not just fixating on the specific problem area, but how other areas might be affecting it as well. she's wonderful!

Dr. Kasai was great. I felt that she took my health and concerns seriously. She offered several solutions and seemed to truly listen to my concerns.

I am expecting to see Dr. Kasai for all of my medical needs...hopefully until I die in 20 years or so.

she is the best doctor I've ever had. she has a natural talent that enhances all of her experience. I would recommend her for an award.

I appreciated that she listened to my concerns about tests and medications and allowed me responsibility for decisions on these.

I really love my doctor. I find her very friendly but also straightforward and I appreciate that about her. I get the feeling she and I have similar views about what would be good for my health and that helps me to have a lot of trust in her opinion.

I noticed that Dr Kasai took time to reply to me with My Chart during her off hours when she could have been spending that time with her family. I felt guilty seeing that but it speaks volumes about her dedication.

Dr. Kasai is very proactive doctor. I app. I appreciate her responses to test result.

My experience was just as poor with the referral I was given to see a Podiatrist at the same clinic , the filling week.

Dr. Kasai and her assistant were very professional and welcoming as I was a new patient!

[...] The wait times to get through to the phone to schedule, to the service provided by my new PCP does not meet my expectation and less than impressive.

Bad experience. I was coming As a new pt to her. She didn't not introduce herself, just barged in. Seemed rushed. Did not explain medication. Did not seem knowledgeable of what was going on. She was just skimming through a book. I would not recommend this provider

Dr. Kasai is very easy to talk to - she has an excellent patient manner, plus she actually reads and remembers my personal info from prior visits. :-)

great experience

[...] I made an appointment with Dr. Kasai for a medication refill. [...] When she entered the room, she approached me in what felt like a very disapproving manor. Had she reviewed my records, she would have seen that I do not often refill this particular medication and that I was clearly not a drug seeker. She made it very clear that she would not refill this medication yet did not offer up an immediate explanation as to why. I finally asked very pointed questions about the medication and was in complete agreement to try something different once she explained her reasoning. [...]

[...] It appears she is extremely overbooked.

My experience was mostly, great. I have great confidence in her and felt listened to and helped! The only thing I would suggest, when the visit is over, make it more clear. The Dr. said she would be giving me a script and some instructions so I thought she would be returning. I waited but no return, just a noise of papers in the box outside the door. I wasn't sure if I should wait or not, and left to find someone to let me know. It was odd and made a wonderful experience end on a weird note. I left feeling unsure.
