I am dedicated to caring for women with gynecological or urological problems. This includes fibroids, heavy vaginal bleeding, frequent or long periods, urinary incontinence, prolapse of the vagina, bladder or uterus, endometriosis, ovarian cysts or masses and prophylactic treatment for family history of female cancers.
I approach treatment by giving patients multiple options for their condition. These options may include medicine, physical therapy, life style changes or surgery. I specialize in both vaginal and Robotic assisted surgery. I work with women to find the therapy which best suits their problem and their view of how they wish to be treated.
Every woman is unique. It is my job to listen to patients concerns and use my medical knowledge to help them find the right treatment.
I believe a good physician is both a good clinician, a good listener and empathetic to their patients. I take the time to educate my patients, provide medical care and emotional support, so they can participate in their care. It's a team effort with personal choice, an important component for a long-term healthy outcome.
