About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I, and my husband, have recommend Dr. Hsue to many people!!! We are very happy with her! When she left her last practice, we "hunted" her down, changed to Swedish, just so we could see her.

I come in regularly for blood tests (as recommended by my provider) and twice I have come in to find that the tests were not ordered. One of those times, I sent a message via mychart several days before to make sure the test was ordered and after not hearing back for several business days, had to call to get the test ordered.

I had a bad experience during my last visit and will not return to this doctor/clinic. I felt my concerns were disregarded in an unprofessional manner.

Sometimes it takes too long to get an appointment if it is not an emergency. So, she is popular and successful, but that sometimes has a negative impact on her patients.

Dr. Hsue may have been late for my appointment, but I never felt rushed during my own appointment even though it went longer than expected.

Overall good, could have been quicker to the exam room, not sure why there is usually a 15 min. wait.

Dr. Hsue is great. The problem is that [...] often times I have more questions than time allows. [...]

Mindy Sui wore a mask the entire time she spent with me - I was the sick one -did she wore it to protect herself or was she the sick one? Since I know I was the sick one, I couldn't hear out of my right ear - I relied on reading her lips but the mask prevented me from understanding what she was talking about. She spent most of the time on the computer... She asked me questions that her nurse had already asked me about and wrote down .... the meds she provided did nothing to help me.... My fever spiked and what ever I had is still with me after 10 days

Dr. Hsue is so courteous and kind, she really makes her patients feel at ease and that they are worth her time (not rushed like some doctors)
