Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Have always received excellent service.

dr is not very forthcomiong unless you ask pointed questons

After waiting a very long time in the room, I was only with the provider for 5 minutes, if that. He asked me brief questions, said my test results were normal, then sent me on my way without even going over other reasons why I might be having the symptoms I was previously having.

Did not ackowledge introduction to my husband; no hand shake, etc.

Dr. Grassman has a very pleasant manner and does a good job of explaining what is going on.

Dr. Grassman fitted me into his angiogram schedule first thing the morning after my stress test. When we returned a week after the angiogram and the stent procedures, Dr. Grassman listened very patiently to all our questions and answered each one respectfully.
