Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Absolutely outstanding provider
Swedish Patient

The doctor were great. The nurses were a mixed bag. [...]
Swedish Patient

both the resident and surgeon greeted me as a patient that they had already done surgery on. They were completely confused as to who I was, and what I was there for. Then just jumped into the surgery. As a nurse/patietn I was mortified by their interaction
Swedish Patient

Dr. Florence was all I could ask for. He left me feeling very confident and comfortable about the care I would receive from him. My total experience from first visit, through surgery to follow up was great and i would very confidently refer friends and family to him for care.
Swedish Patient

I've already have been telling others about Swedish doctors. Dr. Florence is one that does stand out.
