Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

It has been my pleasure for 6-7 years now, to see Dr. Fine regarding my Parkinsons disease and its relationship to my anxiety. Dr. Fine has grown into a deep place of warmth -> gentle honestly/truth telling, humor of a naturally responsive sort, guidance and sense of care and compassion - I am so grateful for her presence and interaction of my health-care team!

Lina Fine is exceptional. I was really afraid about coming in but she put me at ease, gave me hope, and adjusted some medications. She explained clearly and cogently how the change could help me with sleep. I really liked her. She is thorough and professional. I left feeling so happy I'd made myself overcome my anxiety to come and hopeful about the future. At this point, I would highly recommend Lina Fine to all my friends and family.

Dr. Fine was truly outstanding. I have seen University-based sleep specialists in the past and her care was far-and-away the best.

My only concern was the lack of advice on the amount of B-12 supplement I have been asked to take. She suggested I take B-12 supplement but gave no suggestion about amount. I will need to contact her again to ask for specific advice on amount

Dr. Fine is obviously an expert in her field. She correctly "read" me and matched the level of detail I prefer. She answered a couple of questions she really didn't have to and it was clear that she gave them time and considered them before answering. She also went out of her to respond to my request for tips on where to look for a good GP. I do not work in the medical industry, but in my industry it is extremely rare to have someone who is both a technical expert and good with people. Try to hang on to her. : )

Dr. Fine is superb. I have complete confidence in her and feel that she is very sincerely invested in my overall health and specifically in my mental health care and how MS and sleep apnea affects my cognition and cognitive skills.

Would not recommend current doctor/patient ratios [...] but feel knowledge/helpfulness are satisfactory. Dislike having visits where doctors use keyboard constantly while talking. [...]
