Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Fine is obviously an expert in her field. She correctly "read" me and matched the level of detail I prefer. She answered a couple of questions she really didn't have to and it was clear that she gave them time and considered them before answering. She also went out of her to respond to my request for tips on where to look for a good GP. I do not work in the medical industry, but in my industry it is extremely rare to have someone who is both a technical expert and good with people. Try to hang on to her. : )

Dr. Fine is superb. I have complete confidence in her and feel that she is very sincerely invested in my overall health and specifically in my mental health care and how MS and sleep apnea affects my cognition and cognitive skills.

One of the best dr. experiences I can remember. She even called me at home to follow up.

Would not recommend current doctor/patient ratios [...] but feel knowledge/helpfulness are satisfactory. Dislike having visits where doctors use keyboard constantly while talking. [...]

[...] I am very favorably impressed with clinic and Dr. Fine. [...]

Dr. Fine is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

[...] When Dr. Fine became my provider, I received tremendously helpful treatment and support to address my mental health issues. [...] She coordinated my care with Dr. [...] and Dr. [...] and in doing that I finally received the care that I needed to stabilize my health issues, particularly my mental health issues that had not been properly addressed until I saw Dr. Fine [...]. I really see Dr. Fine as one who partners with me in my health care. She shares information and educates me about the issues I have and talks to me about options we can consider. I trust her and I feel she knows me and wants the best for me and I feel like she has been giving me that kind of care since I began seeing her. I also like that she and Dr. [...] coordinate my care and it has made a great difference in my overall health and quality of life.

Dr. Fine is excellent.

Dr. Fine is wonderful!

[...] She has helped so much. She excels in her profession.

Dr Fine was excellent. Her questions, her explanations. I have already referred her.

I recommend Dr. Fine regularly. She is competent, listens well and explains what she is assessing, what her thoughts are about the issues she is treating and works in partnership with me so that I understand what she thinks, what treatment she is suggesting and why. I feel free to ask more questions and for information and also to suggest other ways to address the issues she is treating me for. I have complete trust in her with my care and this is not something I had with my first neuropsychaiatrist. The coodinated care at the Swedish MS center and Dr. Fine's coodination with my MS team has made my all around health so much better since I was first diagnosed with MS in [...]. Dr. Fine is a very important part of my MS team and I am grateful for her.
