Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

too rushed!
Swedish Patient

I felt like the process was too rushed and the care provider needed to be in and out of my room in < 10 minutes. I wish I had more time to ask questions, but it all happen so fast I was caught off guard.
Swedish Patient

Provider seemed very rushed. Unsettling when coming for abnormalities that were long overdue.
Swedish Patient

Dr. Droz is always on time or ahead of schedule. I appreciate that very much. She does not seem to be rushing to keep on schedule either. She and her staff appear to be extremely competent and efficient. And they work well together. I like going to the doctor knowing it will be quick and easy with no waiting around for my turn.
