Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Talking with Dr Dong is like visiting a member of my family.

First discussion of possible future treatment was good. I appreciate his willingness to do further investigation on my condition. I am looking forward to his finds and recommendations.

Wonderful dr.

Dr. Dong gives me exceptional care treating my condition and filing the necessary paperwork to get medications approved and insurance company questions answered quickly

Yes, I will definitely recommend him to others!

Dr. Dong is excellent and always spends time to answer all my questions

Felt great relief after Dr. Dong, me and my wife were able to fully discuss my case and treatment options. Especially appreciate second opinion with Dr. [...]

Dr. David Dong has been my Oncologist since late March 2014. I consider him outstanding. He truly abides by Swedish's motto: "Extraordinary Care ... Extraordinary Caring". I consider him a friend! He has always been there for me; and continues to explore available treatments for my multiple myeloma. He is the BEST!

Dr Dong is one of friendliest, knowledgeable, and concerned doctors I have received treatment from.

Dr. Dong and all the staff have been exceptional at every visit there

Dr. David Dong has been my Oncologist since [...] 2014. At all times he has been extremely caring and has been a trusted doctor. I have nothing but the highest regard for him and his staff.

Dr. Dong is very good. [...] I would recommend him.

[...] Dr. Dong was recommended to me by another retired physician. This was the best advice I could have received. When in cancer treatment, you want the most supportive, helpful and knowledgeable person and I have that now with Dr. Dong. [...] I just don't think I could have been as successful going through my treatment if I had not had him as my physician. He was hones, open, listened to my concerns and discussed options with me throughout my treatment. I feel blessed to have him and I recommend him to anyone i talk to concerning this area.
