Biography & Education

I believe all primary-care providers should have two essential qualities; integrity and empathy. To me integrity means treating each patient as if I were caring for my daughter, husband and parents. Family is exceedingly important to me so my patients can be assured that they will be well cared for.

Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Very nice and caring. Doesn't rush the patient.

I am still waiting for test results. I was told I would get them by the end of Friday. It's Wednesday. I contacted the doctor thru my chart and even left the medical assistant a voice mail. I'm extremely disappointed in this.

Only thing the Dr. seemed to be concerned about was seeing me in another 6 mos. She did not really give me a good explanation of why, other than it was "routine". [...] I am actively seeking another primary physician.

I really liked the care provider. I did not like that I had to come back 3 times in 4 days (Wed, Thurs, Sat). I understand that the situation was somewhat urgent and needed to be monitored, but I had to come back the the next day after the first appointment to only get antibiotics (which from what I can tell should have been done first appointment or at least informed me that they have sent a prescription to my pharmacy and to start that) and then the third (two days later) appointment I had to come back just to have the doctor say "are you feeling better? and lets see how the antibiotics work". It had been one full day of antibiotics since then. This could have been done over the phone easily. It was $90 in copays over 4 days to which at least one could have been eliminated and whatever I have to pay that insurance doesn't cover as well. Huge waste in that aspect. I really really enjoyed working with the care provider though, she was kind and concerned and really cared. I will be coming back to her for future visits because of the first visit (Wednesday)
