Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr David has been very through and treated me with respect.

staff is terrible

Dr. David was polite and caring and I feel like he will take the time to find out the cause of my pain and get it under control.

This care provider spent time with me and gave me confidence in him I like him very much.

[...] I trust Dr. David. [...]

this provider informed me that the symptoms of hand tingling/pain experienced most night did not reflect MRI imaging. His physical assessment of my neck could have been improved. He completed a thorough neuro exam and recommended EMG/ I bought a travel neck pillow and have been using this most nights with improvement in symptoms from neck immobilization. Can't understand how this provider made the conclusion not related to neck. […]

Dr. David is the best - very compassionate and truly cares about helping with your paid issues.

I feel the provider based his decisions more,on,my age rather than my physical health. I am 56 and live a very active lifestyle, extra strong and physically better shape than some one much younger. His decisions of my muscle strength being normal was incorrect due to the fact I do weight training and my complaint of losing strength was not recognized by the prolvider.

[...] Dr. David he is a wonderful doctor with great bedside manor. Very good at what he does.

My experience was great. Better then I am used to on the Peninsula

He seemed rushed which I knew he was because he was double booked for injections.
