Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

This Provider gave me hope about the possibility of relieving my chronic knee and back pain. He informed me that nerve pain after a knee replacement is unfortunately more common than not! That was the first time I'd ever heard that! [...]

Doctor and nurse practitioner in neuro science building was very friendly but I have difficult time to make appointment. it tooks so long to get appointment [...] This happened not just a first time. because i have been with those doctors for a long times, so I don't want to change different provider that I have to start from beginning again.

I left feeling like just a number on his schedule. Maybe he was having a hard day, or had to deal with a number of late patients (due to parking unavailability) but I left feeling pretty hopeless about my back future.

Doctor David is a man I trust and value. [...] I travel to Seattle just to see my Doctors. That's actually pretty true. The team of Doctors I presently have are fantastic, to be trusted and listened to for their knowledge and ability.

I was extremely disappointed that I never saw my doctor, but rather his assistant. I was never told that I would not see the doctor, either. I had waited for over a month for this appointment and felt I was "brushed off."

I was referred to Dr David by my internist. I couldn't be more please with my visit. I know I'm in very competent caring care.
