Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Dagg seems to have a very balanced approach, he's attentive and concerned but clearly evaluates what should and should not be a cause for concern. That gives me confidence in his advice.

Dr. Dagg is efficient, but I feel that he is rushed. He never leaves without answering questions and does what needs to be done.

I was really impressed with how much time he gave me in his first meeting with me

Docter Steven was really nice and generous, made a good understaning to my family since he speaks spanish so he kept me and my family well informed.

Despite my best efforts to straighten it out, there has been on-going confusion as to whhich pharmacy to call my prescriptions into.

I don't get the sense that the provider has time to be familiar with his patients, I would prefer he spent a few minutes reviewing the patient's history.

Dr Dagg is caring and very empathetic. There are times when I think he's a little distracted, but this visit was very good. I always enjoy seeing him.

Also very good at reponding electronically thru MyChart

I had sent provider a MyChart message prior to this visit to address concerns I did not want to discuss at length in front of my son due to anxiety. Provider was prompt in responding and reassured me issue did not need to be addressed at the visit and a follow up visit could be made to deal with the issue. Unfortunately, the provider spent a great deal of time addressing this issue, which my son managed fairly well. But when the follow up took too long to without any action his anxiety was too great and we had to leave. EXACTLY what I had wanted to avoid. [...] Finally, the main concern that my son and I came in for was entirely invalidated. Overall, I felt my son and I were treated quite disrespectfully. Everything that I tried to avoid happening by sending the preemptive MyChart message was disregarded. I would not come back to this provider, nor would I refer anyone to him.

Dr. Dagg is a fantastic physician and I could not give higher praise for the way he practices medicine - he is the platinum standard! As is his entire staff ([...] and all)

Our only problem is that it is very hard to get in to see our provider. We more often times see other doctors who have openings. That is frustrating. To get an actual appointment with Dr. Dagg, we have to schedule many weeks ahead of time.
