General Information

What drew me to the OB/GYN practice was the remarkable opportunity to take care of women through so many critical parts of their lives, from puberty through menopause. The long term relationships I have with my patients are often like lifelong friendships. I have learned many things in the 20 years I have been in practice...the most important ones are to listen & learn.

Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr Robin Cole is the best but this clinic (reception and rooms) not so much!

I have enjoyed 21 years of positive and supportive medical care from Dr. Cole. I consider her care essential to my physical and emotional wellbeing.

Dr. Cole is a wonderful, empathetic doctor. She is the only reason I come to this group.

Dr. Cole is a true professional and easy to talk with. there was no feeling of judgement on my side of the conversation, and for that, I'll keep going back to her.

I love Dr Cole and have trusted her with my care for over twenty years

Outstanding professional care provider. I have recommended her to many friends who became patients.

Excellent as usual!

Discharge instructions weren't completely clear-did give us a handout with information, had to call back and talk to the doctor's nurse twice to clarify concerns.

I have been seeing Doctor Cole for nearly 30 years now and think she is the absolute best! I have friends that don't enjoying doing their annual doctor's visit but it feels like coming home to an old friend. I can also appreciate her kind ways of suggesting loose a few pounds compared to other doctors.

Dr. Cole and her staff has always done a wonderful job for me. Clearly we are a team.

Dr. Cole is the best.

All good!!!

Dr. Cole is simply the best at what she does. She goes the extra mile to make sure appropriate tests are done and if I need to work with someone else at Minor and James, she will facilitate it very willingly and proactively. I feel very fortunate and in very good care in Dr. Cole's hands. She is very smart and quick and professional.

I like Dr. Cole a lot. I've been seeing her for over 20 years. I just dislike the garage and inconvenient location.

Dr. Cole has been my doctor for many years and she is great

Dr. Cole is fantastic!! She is always friendly & able to answer questions/concerns.

I was very pleased w/Dr. Cole. She was professional, took enough time with me and answered all my questions.

I already have referred this doctor many times.

Dr. Cole is excellent, personable & down to earth.

I really liked Dr. Cole and going forward she will be my gynecologist.
