Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Martha scared me about how estrogen supplements can effect my atrial fibrilation. Both my other doctors said & explained how it was VERY different from how the hormones of birth control concerned.

I felt the provider was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had and she gave me a specific recommendation. I had wished she had asked me a few more questions and discussed any potential alternative options. I would say her bedside manner was professional, which was totally fine - although personally I tend to connect better with someone who is maybe a little more informal/conversational.

[...] I think the NP did her "job" just fine, but I didn't feel she was really interested in me and just seemed kind of "ho hum" in general. [...]
