Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

*Dr. Caylor is great, she asked me about the things I had forgot I told her from the last visit 6 mos. ago that concern her about my health. Now that made me feel special, it little things like that people love. I'm not a #.

I like *Dr. Caylor, but no bedside manner. No effort to get to know me. Feels really rushed, like she needs to be somewhere else.

Dr. Caylor has lost my confidence as a provider. She is very cold towards me, does not explain things to me, does not appear to be on the same page as the rest of the neuro team [...] regarding my treatment.
