Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I commonly recommend Dr Capp to friends, and many of them have seen him and liked him. Dr Capp has a phenomenal memory about my medical history, and relates current treatment to past experiences.

The provider should have made sure I had no further questions and said goodbye when leaving the exam room.

I changed to this MD from one that I thought was very good at the [...]. The change was made for logistical reasons. I am so happy this was needed as Dr. Capp is the best MD I've ever encountered in my lifetime (and I am a senior). He has already helped me with issues that the other MD never even attempted to resolve. I thought that meant there wasn't a cure and that simply was not true. Dr. Capp is an exceptional person and MD. His caring and empathy are unmatched.

Dr. Capp was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable right away. I appreciated that he used and explained detailed and specific medical terminology rather than dumbing anything down. He seemed to want to get me feeling better and on my way quickly, and did just that.

Dr. Capp is one of the best providers I've ever had. He listens carefully to the problem, and I don't feel embarrassed asking any health questions to him. He is very knowledge and always follows-up about test results after my visit.
