These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I've been a patient of Dr. Broyles for many years - I'm so lucky to have her.... She's the best!!

I love seeing Dr. Broyles for my type 1 diabetes follow up visits every few months. She is always happy to see me and remembers who I am. She is interested in my whole life, not just what my blood sugar numbers are. Dr. Broyles involves me in the decision making - she doesn't just tell me what to do without asking me. I really appreciate her.

Dr. Broyles is a fantastic doctor and clinical companion who always has her patient's best interest in her heart and mind.

outstanding first visit

Provider had not reviewed my chart or my test results before I arrived, so first minutes of appointment were spent waiting for her to log on to computer and review file and test results. Then she described to me results that I was already familiar with. She was completely mistaken about my medical history, trivialized my reaction to a medication, not familiar with some of my test results, and minimized the severity of symptoms I'm experiencing. She seems to want to treat me for conditions I don't have.

very good

Fran is my favorite specialist [...]. She is so knowledgeable about everything and always listens and answers all my random questions. She is thorough and doesn't rush. I went through 4 years of trying to get diagnosed and way too many doctors that blew me off...I wish I had come to see her sooner as I know she would have saved mea lot of time and pain. Just thankful that I did get to her when my tumor was finally diagnosed. She literally is the best doctor I have seen (and I have been to way too many!) Additionally, her assistant is very friendly and great about sending my chart messages when needed.

Dr Broyles is great! I will keep my fingers crossed that her support staff will turn out to be as good as similar support staff I've dealt with over the years.

Dr Broyles is an outstanding doctor. She is kind, understanding, a good listener, smart, funny and very knowledgeable.

this physician shows care and compassion for her patients while being cognizant of newest findings in her field. I am a returning endocrinology patient, as she has been involved with another specialty. I am so grateful to be able to return to her remarkable care.
