Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

She really is lovely. I'm happy that my daughter can see her as well.

I would say that I do feel rushed when I met with my provider and that she is alway on the computer while I'm talking to her. I think she gets all the information but it just feel like there is a lack of connection.

Dr. Benveniste continues to be the best and only physician I would take my family to see. She is the absolute best in every way.

I diagnosed myself by researching my symptoms online and with friends. When I wanted a doctor's professional opinion, I felt judged and like I was making it all up. I was told to drink less, stop worrying and that she wasn't convinced there was anything wrong with me but gave me the treatment anyway. It was a negative experience and I am thinking of switching doctors because of it.

Doctor Benveniste had a pleasant, reassuring demeanor. I arrived with anxiety knowing labs would be taken and the suspense of their results. I would have liked her to have asked me if I had any other concerns as I did come prepared with questions that I prioritized. When the exam ended so promptly, I could have used some time for lesser concerns.

Dr. Benveniste has been looking after my children for over four years and I trust her judgment and medical knowledge implicitly. She is thorough, mindful, approachable, and courteous. Her bedside manner is so impeccable that my kids look forward to their check-ups. I have recommended her to countless friends and shall continue to do so.

I had never seen this provider before. She did not introduce herself to me or call me by name.

[...] Dr. Benveniste is wonderful!

I usually see [...] and am very pleased and happy with his care. On an urgent or last minute basis I have seen other providers at Swedish and have always been pleased. This was the worst visit I have had. The provider was terrible and seemed to care less about what my pain or injury was. I had to ask her the routine follow up questions (how often should I go to PT? How much ibuprofen should I take to relieve the pain?) she should tell me. Why am I asking her this before she bolts out the door?!? She was in the room no more than 8 minutes. It was a complete waste of my time and afternoon. [...] This visit has made me contemplate whether I should switch clinics/providers all together.

It was a pleasure to meet with my new health care provider. I never once felt rushed or like I was on a time clock with the visit.

My doctor of 17 years ([...]) recently retired. I was devastated and extremely worried about connecting with someone new. Sara Benveniste seemed aware that this was a tough transition for me and really took her time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. I'm very happy that she will be my new doctor.

Provider did not seem to listen/respond to my high levels of chronic pain experienced. [...]

I still felt a little confused about what actions to take [...]

All staff work as a very tight team each showing compassion and care.

Dr. Benveniste has looked after all 3 of my children for years and continues to provide the best medical care we have ever received. I trust her judgment and advice implicitly, and she puts my children so at ease that they even look forward to appointments. She is courteous, approachable, knowledgeable, and kind. I have frequently recommended her to others, and shall continue to do so.

As a physician , Benveniste is fabulous, but I would not recommend her to others as she is frequently unavailable to be seen for days and oftentimes, there are no colleagues available requiring a trip to urgent care.

My provider has always given me answers to all of my health questions in a most comprehensive and friendly manner. I couldn't ask nor expect more, her service has always been excellent.

Sara did not seem comfortable making eye contact and often looked behind me while speaking.

my experience overall was good, I mean, I think she recommended a reasonably appropriate course of treatment, but her exam was minimal and my symptoms persist, so I'm concerned I will have to return. same day appointment was great though.

it did seem in my last appt that the doctor did not have very much time to spend due to a very busy schedule, she was a little rushed but did a good job in the time provided
