Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Last fall Boeing was really pushing the Swedish Medical Plan and I took the bait, also the hook, line and sinker. I have seen Dr. Bayles just twice now and already have found him to be a man of impeccable character, pillar of medical knowledge\/experience and ethics. He received all of his relevant medical training in Kansas aka The Heart Land. For the first time in a very long time I have more hope than ever before that Dr. Bayles has the skills to partner with me and help me to overcome the horrific physical and mental pain I have from my morbid obesity. A couple of years ago (under another plan) I experienced this same type of denial and medical misconduct from the Empty Suits in that particular medical plan. Dr. Bayles seems to take his job seriously and using his best medical knowledge\/experience he prescribed this medication for me, only to be seriously undermined by you Empty Suites. His explanation of this medication and our implementation plan gave me tremendous hope for the future. Let there be no mistake the cost of this medication most assuredly would be far less than the ongoing cost that most assuredly will result as a result of not using medication. That is the part that is so absurd and so very flummoxing. I feel very violated an taken advantage of by this absurd determination. Most people know Adam Smith as the author of The Wealth of Nations, but he wrote a book prior to that called the Theory of Moral Sentiments in 1759 where he specifically talked about one entity taking advantage of another. \"One individual must never prefer himself so much even to any other individual as to hurt or injure that other in order to benefit himself, though the benefit to the one should be much greater than the hurt or injury to the other. For one to promote his own advantage by the loss or disadvantage of another is more contrary to nature than death, than poverty, than pain, than all the misfortunes which can affect him either in his body or in his external circumstances.\" Furthermore (This will be kind of fun) John Steinbeck in his book Cannery Row has a piece which talks about 2 different types of people. See if you can tell which category Dr. Bayles fits into and see if you can tell which group you Empty Suits fall into. "It has always seemed strange to me." Said Doc. "The things we admire in men, kindness and generosity, openness, honesty, understanding and feeling are the concomitants of failure in our system. And those traits we detest, sharpness, greed, acquisitiveness, meanness. Egotism and self-interest are the traits of success. And while men admire the quality of the first they love the produce of the second." Please process my prescription without delay. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBrian F. Tate"}

I had seen Dr Bayles about a year ago for the first time. That visit seemed to short. My visit this year was much better. He spent an appropriate amount of time with me and made suggestions and recommendations for my health care. He was very aware of my health status and responded accordingly.

Dr Bayles gives outstanding explanations and has a very calming and assuring demeanor. The one thing I would like a little more of is eye contact--he tends to look at his computer screen a lot.

At this visit, we discussed an ongoing problem. I was referred to an orthopedist. We also discussed 2 other specialists I had seen and the results and ongoing care from them. I was happy with these discussions.

My son and I both have Dr. Bayles as a PCP and his staff and him are wonderful. They treat us with respect and listen to our issues and never hurry us along to get us out of there without our concerns being addressed. I personally thank him for being a wonderful doctor with a fantastic staff.

I dont believe he listened to what I was saying. I asked for a prescription for massage, but he gave me a referral despite my saying it needed to be a Rx. no mention of the side effects of the meds he prescribed on my pregnancy.

had poor experience with former Primary care providers but DR Bayles demonstrates keen observation and thorough diagnostic with a focus on finding root causes. he has a desire to chase issues up stream to the root causes, which builds trust and is very comforting.
