Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Staff was so caring. Our only suggestion for the ALS clinic is to measure respiration levels at the very beginning. Those numbers really make a difference in where care is headed and exactly what should be discussed.

[...] Dr. Arnold was truly outstanding! I wish that I could see her for more things, than just for a test. She took the time to explain in detail what the test would be like, and what it was for. I actually learned a lot from her, in a very short amount of time! She was fantastic!

Dr. Arnold reviewed old MRI & asked about old accidents. She indicated my current pain may be related to this, which no one else has suggested.

Dr. Arnold was very thorough in covering my health issue that I was seeing her for. She answered my questions, listened to my concerns and recommended a plan that was very helpful. I felt like my problem was important to her and did not feel like she was rushing off to another patient - nice compared to how many physicians operate! I would recommend her highly to others.

[...] only was scheduled for 30 minutes (the nurse/assistant told me that) so I almost felt bad being there and didn't want to put them behind which kind of stressed me out but overall my questions/concerns were answered and I think the appt went really well.

Dr. Arnold is the most caring, compassionate, kind and very well experienced doctor I ever met. She listened to my concerns, thoroughly examined my conditions, accurately diagnosed my injuries, incorporated my input and explained my medical options. Dr. Arnold was able to identify medical issues that many doctors failed to find. She is a valuable asset to Swedish and the community. I strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an outstanding care.
