Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Arnold is a positive life force.

Staff was so caring. Our only suggestion for the ALS clinic is to measure respiration levels at the very beginning. Those numbers really make a difference in where care is headed and exactly what should be discussed.

Dr. Arnold has been great! She takes time to answer all my question every time.

[...] Dr. Arnold was truly outstanding! I wish that I could see her for more things, than just for a test. She took the time to explain in detail what the test would be like, and what it was for. I actually learned a lot from her, in a very short amount of time! She was fantastic!

Dr. Arnold reviewed old MRI & asked about old accidents. She indicated my current pain may be related to this, which no one else has suggested.

Very knowledgeable & noticed that natural supplement could be causing pain, [...] super helpful.

Dr. Arnold was very thorough in covering my health issue that I was seeing her for. She answered my questions, listened to my concerns and recommended a plan that was very helpful. I felt like my problem was important to her and did not feel like she was rushing off to another patient - nice compared to how many physicians operate! I would recommend her highly to others.

Very positive experience with the care provider. I was very impressed with the scope and depth of the explanations of the issue and treatment options.

[...] only was scheduled for 30 minutes (the nurse/assistant told me that) so I almost felt bad being there and didn't want to put them behind which kind of stressed me out but overall my questions/concerns were answered and I think the appt went really well.

Very knowledgeable and was able to find the source of my pain.

This was our first visit with Dr. Arnold as part of the ALS Clinic. She was excellent in all respects.

Very good bedside manner.

Dr arnold is unique! Appreciate her!
