Swedish-Provided Resources to Help You Understand Your Options
We understand how complex and confusing Medicare can be. We have asked qualified representatives from Connexion to assist us in meeting your needs. Some of our clinics will have representatives on-site from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to meet with you. In addition, you can contact representatives by phone at 1-877-315-3279. Connexion will offer free Medicare 101 sessions, which will provide an overview of Medicare and the different types of Medicare plans but will not discuss specific plan benefits or coverage. For more information about the classes, contact Connexion at 1-877-315-3279.
There is no fee for patients for these services, and Connexion represents all of the plans with which we are contracted. Their services focus on recommending plan coverage to meet your individual health care needs. As always, you also may contact plans directly, work with any licensed Medicare agent or obtain information by going directly to Medicare (1-800-MEDICARE or www.medicare.gov).
