Patients & Visitors

Thank you for choosing Swedish for your care. Our staff is dedicated to providing the excellent care Swedish is known for. Your well-being is our primary concern, and we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible.

To find out what you need to know as a patient or visitor to Swedish First Hill Campus, view, download or print our Patient and Family Handbook.

The Patient and Family Handbook is also available in these languages:

Cafes and espresso
Personal assistance

Visit the Welcome Center Desk at Swedish First Hill to inquire about wheelchair escorts, valet service and any other needed personal assistance.

Cash machine (ATM)

In addition to Starbucks, the main hospital lobby also features a cash machine (ATM).

Swedish Art Walk

Pick up a Swedish Art Guide in the main lobby and take a stroll to see the hundreds of original works of art that grace the walls of public spaces at Swedish. This largely donated public collection stems from the hospital’s commitment to provide an enriching environment for our patients and their visitors.
