Swedish and SEIU 1199 will be negotiating wages and employee benefits beginning on May 3. Swedish is committed to working with SEIU to come to a fair outcome for all who count on Swedish – employees, patients and the community. We are committed to communicating openly and transparently during these negotiations. We will update this section regularly with the following:

All questions and comments about the negotiations can be submitted on issues of Negotiation News online; this is a public forum where users are encouraged to ask questions and submit their comments. Please note that this conversation, like others on the site, will be moderated according to Swedish's Social Media Policy to ensure that posts are on-topic.

May / June Bargaining Schedule

Negotiations will be held at the Teamster’s headquarters located in Tukwila, Washington. The schedule for negotiations is as follows:
