Managing Your Swedish Physician Profile
Physicians on Active status in good standing with the Swedish Medical Staff are eligible for the referral service (the Swedish.org “Find a Physician” search tool and the Access Swedish 1-800-SWEDISH referral service). Please contact Medical Staff Services at 206-386-2550 for questions about your status or to learn how to change your status. If you are not eligible for the referral service but need a profile to appear on a clinic web page, please contact your clinic manager.
What is Access Swedish (1-800-SWEDISH)?
As an Active provider, you are invited to opt-in be included in the rotation of providers offered to patients who call 1-800-SWEDISH to find a physician. If you choose not to participate in Access Swedish, patients can still find you online at Swedish.org using the “Find a Physician” tool. How are profiles updated?
- Designated administrators are assigned to work with you to configure and optimize your profile, and reach out to providers after they are credentialed.
- If you need access to manage your own profile, or if you are an administrator that needs access to manage multiple profiles, you may request access to the profile database, called Kyruus ProviderMatch, by completing the profile request form. Login instructions will be mailed by Kyruus to the email you provide.
- To have profile changes made for data fields that are not editable in ProviderMatch, please follow the ProviderMatch help text instructions for the data field you need to change. The help text will instruct you to either submit a work request (www.providence.org/workrequest) or an email request to email@example.com.
You may have your photo taken at Swedish Medical Photography at 206-386-2371. The photo will be distributed to you in a format that can be uploaded to your profile.
