Managing Your Swedish Physician Profile
Physicians on Active status in good standing with the Swedish Medical Staff are eligible for the referral service (the Swedish.org “Find a Physician” search tool and the Access Swedish 1-800-SWEDISH referral service). Please contact Medical Staff Services at 206-386-2550 for questions about your status or to learn how to change your status. If you are not eligible for the referral service but need a profile to appear on a clinic web page, please contact your clinic manager.
What is Access Swedish (1-800-SWEDISH)?
As an Active provider, you are invited to opt-in be included in the rotation of providers offered to patients who call 1-800-SWEDISH to find a physician. If you choose not to participate in Access Swedish, patients can still find you online at Swedish.org using the “Find a Physician” tool. For more information about Access Swedish participation, visit the Access Swedish department page on Swedish Online or send an email to access (at) swedish.org.
How are profiles updated?
• Designated administrators are assigned to work with you to configure and optimize your profile, and reach out to providers after they are credentialed.
• To have a change made to your profile, please submit a Digital Services Request. Include your NPI number so we can confirm your identify, and your requested change: www.providence.org/workrequest
• If you or a different administrator needs access to manage your own profile, you may request access to the profile database, called Kyruus ProviderMatch. Please submit a Digital Services request: www.providence.org/workrequest. Use your work email address, and provide your NPI# so we may verify your identify. Login instructions will be mailed by Kyruus to the email you provide.
You may have your photo taken at Swedish Medical Photography at 206-386-2371. It will then be posted to the website.
