Stipend

An annual stipend of $52,000 starting on July 1st.

 
Vacation

Eighteen days paid (combination of vacation and holidays)

 
Sick Leave

Accumulative at the rate of one day per month, from date of hire

 
Holidays

Seven holidays (New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) and one personal holiday

 
Office Space

Dedicated resident office space on both major campuses (First Hill and Cherry Hill)

 
Education

Full travel reimbursement is provided for one major meeting (ASHP-MYCM) and one regional meeting (WSC). Allocation of $150 per year to be utilized for CE.

 
Recruiting

Full travel reimbursement to local career fairs for residency program recruitment.

 
Transportation

Discounted Flex Pass that works on all four regional transit systems: Community Transit, Metro, Sound Transit and Pierce Transit. Free parking on all campuses.
