Minimum Qualifications of Applicant:
Graduate from an accredited college or university of pharmacy with a Pharm.D. or equivalent experience prior to start of the residency program.
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a pharmacy intern in the State of Washington until pharmacist licensure (

Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Washington (
Washington State Department of Health Pharmacist Licensure
Completed a comprehensive clerkship and externship program as part of the pharmacy curricula.
