This is an observational study to evaluate the possible association between the use of PDE5 inhibitors and the risk of acute NAION (non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy) in adult male subjects.

- Adult Male subjects at least 18 years of age
- Experienced abrupt vision loss in one eye and presented for an initial visit within 45 days of symptom onset.
- Previous history of NAION
- History of glaucoma
