How it Works
Patients requiring specialty care are referred to Swedish’s Community Specialty Clinic through Project Access Northwest.
To see a specialist at Swedish’s Community Specialty Clinic, a primary care physician should determine that you should see a medical specialist. Project Access Northwest will then link you to the appropriate specialist and will provide follow-up case management services. After being referred to a specialist, you will be seen at the Swedish Community Specialty Clinic at Swedish/First Hill or the volunteer specialist's own clinic.
