Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No
How quickly can I be seen?
You will usually be seen within a week. For special needs (surgery, or at your doctor's request) you will be seen within one business day.
How much time will my initial appointment take?
Your appointment will typically last for 40-60 minutes. We ask that you arrive a little early (10-20 minutes - much longer (30+ minutes) if you have not completed the online questionnaire) to make sure that all your paperwork is complete. Please also allow time for parking and getting to the Center.
What do I need to do before my first appointment?
- When you call, we'll ask for your email address so that we can link you to a secure online new patient questionnaire. Please complete this well before your visit - it might take you 40 minutes. You might need to ask a bed partner or witness about the answers to some questions.
- Please be clear about your current medications, especially if they have changed recently
- Please bring your insurance card and current ID
What about insurance coverage?
We are almost certainly a preferred provider for your regional insurance plan. But if you have questions, contact your insurer directly.
